How to apply

This page is to be used as an application for any family who wishes to be considered for benefit by the Love His World Outreach efforts of Journey Church. Applications may be filled out by a family or on behalf of a family.

Please read the following notes regarding follow-up communication, and then provide all the required information on the application using the button at the bottom of the page.

What's next?

Once the application window closes, if your family was nominated, you will receive information soon about gift pickup.

An active email and phone number are required to be accepted.

Our church family will begin purchasing and donating the gifts for those families that were selected on behalf of the applications received. If you have any questions, please contact the church office.

Gift Distribution

Gift distribution will be at our annual Night with Santa event on Wednesday, December 11.

The entire community is invited for an open-house-style night of fun! We'll have fun games and crafts with Journey Kids, your favorite hot drinks from the Building Beyond Cafe, and free photos with Mr. & Mrs. Claus!
